America! How are tastes have changed! It’s not that I don’t love a handful of Ruffles in Bison chip dip, or taco dip, chicken wing dip or the ever famous spinach artichoke dip. I love them all. But hey, have you tried the White Bean Dip? It’s so easy. It’s good for you. It’s tasty. It’s cheap to make. It’s a bell ringer! Puree 1 (15 oz) can of white beans, 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, and 1 large garlic clove. Throw them in a food processor and that’s it. No cream cheese. No sour cream. No mayonnaise. No guilt. Is this too good to be true? Now, hang on. I had someone say it tasted really bland. Name withheld. Well, season it with salt and pepper and pass the seltzer water. This party season is going to feature baked pita chips over chips; and bean dip over blue cheese dip.
